​Reiki is a universal healing energy technique that originated in Japan. “Rei’’,  translates to universal and “Ki” translates to vital life force. Reiki is believed to promote relaxation, aid in the reduction of stress, anxieties, & physical pain. Reiki can aid the bodies healing process, reduce symptoms of illness, boost mood & enhances quality of life. Amongst many more benefits to self. It includes healing on all levels, physical, emotional and spiritual. Reiki assists in achieving homeostasis by rebalancing the body’s energy systems. Each energy system, or chakra, corresponds to different parts of the human experience. For example, grief and heartbreak may cause imbalance in the heart chakra or chest region. Not speaking your truths may cause a blockage in your throat chakra  or neck region. During each session together, it is my intention to balance each individual chakra. Reiki Energy Healing is the ancient art of using connective touch and healing intentions, to help re-balance energy flow and reduce tension. As your practitioner I will channel universal healing energy and be a conduit. Your treatment experience is conducted while you are completely clothed. We ensure to create a comfortable session for you. Some crystals and aromatherapy may be offered, depending on the goals of the treatment. Gentle music will be playing. You will be offered a smudging or clearing of your energy through the burning of white sage before your treatment begins. This smudging is completely optional. Reiki helps to enhance the overall health and wellness of one's body, mind and spirit. I am honored to offer this healing modality for you.
