Owner, Jamie has an educational background in herbalism she acquired while living in Colorado. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Nutritionist, Heartled Moon Priestess, Spiritual Mentor/facilitator, Tea Enthusiasts, Plant Magick Guide and Badass Mom Boss. Jamie is also currently continuing her education to offer more for our community.

Upon moving back home from Colorado and having our first child we made the decision to open this small business to offer a future for our family and ideally our children, within our passions.

Soulful Body & Mind Apothecary was established in 2016 in Fitchburg MA.

Post COVID, we spent a few years located in Leominster, MA.

After a huge search for a space and environment that complimented our passions and desires, we moved to our new location in Baldwinville MA. WE HAVE FOUND HOME!

Our shop is a dream come true! It has grown and evolved beyond anything we could have ever imagined. We dreamed of offering our community a space to feel welcome and safe to ask all the questions needed for lifestyle changes geared around healing, self-love and natural health alternatives. We also dreamed of a space to offer holistic modalities, divination and much more to compliment these changes we experience throughout our journeys.

We are very grateful for the opportunities we have had along the way for our children and family.
